Positions are Full-time, Monday to Friday and Geelong based. Carelink+ is our product and is the leading product in the Community Care Industry. Our customers are growing, changing and have significant demands from stakeholders and ever changing government legislation and compliance. We service over 140 Community Care providers across all states. Begin a journey through our organisation over the next 18 months and be rewarded with a permanent ongoing role with us. The successful applicant will rotate through the following areas to ensure a solid foundation from which to launch your career:
Our Solutions team design and code changes directly into our carelink+ product from specifications using technologies such as C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, WPF and Crystal Reports. Our web and smartphone products use HTML, Java, SQLite on Android OS with future tablet product in early development stage. You will be working with a team of experienced software developers to assist and provide guidance. Our QA team write test scenarios and test all software changes and package for release to customers. Testing includes validation against specification, performance and load testing to ensure the software meets customer expectations. Our Customer Support team, provide first and second level issue resolution via ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to customers on a daily basis as well as training services to ensure a consistent, quality outcome. This includes SQL queries and Crystal Report writing and any after sales customer requirements.
Our Customer Consulting team provide experienced consultants to go on site to undertake a diagnostic review of how our product can best be implemented. They review if features are being used effectively and whether there are options that the organisation could use to be more efficient and effective. They also, review and clean data for customers and give advice on how to best structure their data.
