The mobile application for smartphones provides real time update of bookings for the date range set by the service provider and the care worker can view details for the client they are booked to visit including address, alerts, reminders, case notes and documents including Care Plans and Assessments.
The booking details including tasks, shift notes, alerts can be viewed and the start and end time recorded, travel time, kilometres and expenses can be input for each booking. GPS coordinates on start and end time is recorded in the Android application and both apps can record client and care worker signature as well as notes and comments.
The data is real time with any new shifts or reminders appearing on the screen with prompt.
